Star Wars The Force Unleashed Is An Excellent Game

Star Wars The Force Unleashed is an excellent game, with more than I expected from a Star Wars game. It's worth playing over a few times. The only complaint is it's too short. I have both the Wii and the 360 version, and I definitely recommend the 360 version for refined graphics, story-line and physics.

Stellar Graphics, Good Story, The Minigame At The

Stellar Graphics, good story, the minigame at the end of boss battles allows for a very cool cinimatic experience. Im really enjoying this game. I think a lot of people expected way too much out of it and as such are getting disappointed. Ive loved it so far.

Good Fun To Use The Force As A Weapon. Repetitive

Good fun to use the force as a weapon. Repetitive combat. Force powers don't have effect on enemies, so it's lots of sword work. Levels way to short and with only 8-9 hours of gameplay in the whole thing- way too short. Nice try, but no cigar. Promises so much but just fails to deliver. Therefore I do not recommend Star Wars The Force Unleashed for the PS3.

Action Adventure Genre And Star Wars Don't Go Hand

Action adventure genre and star wars don't go hand in hand in my book. Star Wars has too many force powers and saber combos and there is not enough controller buttons, so star wars would make much better RPGs proven by KOTOR. I would have preferred this to be more like I don't know maybe mass effect with an easily accessible drop down menu for the force powers. Good game but instead of spending 3 years on this Lucas Arts would have spent its time better bringing Jedi Knights and KOTOR series to next gen platforms.

I Replayed The Demo And Found A Load Of Fun New Th

I replayed the demo and found a load of fun new things par example that where you find that first red triangle (that gives unlimited force power) near it is another1 that drains enemies health you have to jump up to the space ship in the same hanger to the top then double jump and force dash onto the ledge its interesting you just walk near them to kill them! Also you know where you first meet the tie fighters and they fly past and shoot at you in higher dificulties there is a lose metal pilar at the end on the edge before you jump a gap on a bridge you can force push it (slowly) so that a tie will fly into it exploding which is very amusing. Also if you see a big group of enemies near by force grab anything force lightning it then saber then aim it at them and push (with circle nor R2 release) for lots of points which are worthless intil you get the real game, also on the boss battles kill the troops then just continually use square triangle triangle from the ground it will be under force lightning so cant stomp/shoot back!

The Force Push Was Great You Could Take Out Entire

The force push was great you could take out entire groups with 1 piece of junk smashed into them I even destroyed a tie fighter like this. The graphics were great, user friendly controls with easy to do combos. Unlike other star wars games your force powers are far more deadly and can be used far more often to devestating and enjoyable effects! This is one promising game I hope the actual game doesnt dissapoint but so far looks very impressive!

Star Wars For Me Has Always Been For Me One Of The

Star Wars for me has always been for me one of the games I'd play the most of, ever since one of the first computer games I have loved the excitement I get out of Star Wars games. Star Wars The Force Unleashed is the next in the series and for me this game shows how much Star Wars has grown in the development of their games. The storyline of Star Wars the Force Unleashed is much more focused on running throughout the game rather than drifting of and coming back which I have felt before with previous games. The force unleashed has levels building on the storyline making the gameplay not so much addictive but gives a feel of involvement, I felt part of the world, the fighting between worlds, infact everything star wars has to offer in the films... Which is one of the main aspect of this game, space games like Star Wars should make you involved with the fantasy, for example the force powers are so realistic and involving, you feel in control of the game, its not a simple press x and go there and do this, you have to build the story and work out what, how and where to do it. Brilliant!Obviously in the Force Unleashed you are the bad guy, (as stated above to keep in touch with the story), but for me this is also on of the 'coolest' aspects of the game, the game makes you really feel like you are a bad guy rather than just going around killing whatever as it builds and plays on the storyline you begin to learn and understand more about what being bad feels like, if you understand what I mean...I am not saying the game has lost it's simpleness, or lost its excitement in being able to do what you, infact I think if anything this has bettered to previous versions too... The controls are the same to move your character and the other to controls what you see, (a normal ps3 third-person action game). Infact everything is simple, the controls are easy to use and run smoothly, offering lots of actions, fight moves... I am simply stating the gameplay and storyline is much more involved with you.Overall I think Star Wars games have now come to perfection, as expected with how many released, but Star Wars the Force Unleashed is so much more than that, its a film, a game that involves you, makes you feel part of the Star Wars world. Which is brilliant when considering the exciting gameplay and so many levels that I can no doubt everyone will find superb. So go out and buy the best price Star Wars the force unleashed you can get, I well recommend it!
