Brütal Legend (PS3)

Brutal legend if solely based on its soundtrack would be by far the greatest game ever made (if you are a metal fan and have no neighbours!! volume 11 please!)

however this is a game and whilst an enjoyable romp can be had with this game it does feel a little bit let down in later stages. The story is quick paced and can be completed in roughly 8 hours (much of which is taken up on stage battles). The secondary missions vary and have a good feel about them although they can be repetitive. The stage battles can be a bit clumsy at times and seem out of place on some of the later missions.

Overall if you are looking for an enjoyable game and a blast through the vailts of heavy rock/metal i would highly recommend this game but for gamers who want more longevity then rental would be my advice.
