For Those Who Are Interested In Improving Stamina
For those who are interested in improving stamina and endurance, then definitely buy the Eyetoy: Kinetic PS2 game. It will sometimes seem to be a pain, but it's worth it. You just listen to your personal trainer (Matt or Anna, I think) and you'll be just fine.
P.S. In my opinion, the "chick" talks way too much :).

I Would Say The Eyetoy: Kinetic Ps2 Game Makes Exe
I would say the Eyetoy: Kinetic PS2 game makes exercising less tedious. I don't know how long I will pursue this, and the game could be for sale on eBay in a months time!
Some of the challenges seem impossible and are therefore frustrating.
I will either improve or sell it. I have just started a 12 week 'personal training' programme, but you can just do individual exercises if you want.
