Age of Conan - Hyborian Adventures Collectors Edition

The game everyone in my guild wants to try. Bought a new PC for it, and I was really unhappy with it. In theory it should have killed every other fantasy mmo, but in practice it just didn't deliver for me. After 3 weeks my guild went back to DDO!Maybe they went to market too soon, but they built it up far beyond what it was capable of. Give it a few years if it lats that long and maybe try it then, for now I do not recommend Age of Conan.

Age of Conan, Hyborian Adventures is a great multilayer, role playing based game. The game is very unique in it's self in many different ways. You can choose from three starting races and nine starting classes then begin your journey where you start out as a slave who's boat has been sunk and has managed to get to shore where you help a damsel in distress and slay your evil slave master. You then continue on the plot line to become a warrior for King Conan, and fight among the other warriors of Hyboria. You have to prove yourself on Tortage Island where your ship has sunk and take off on your destiny quest (which is different for every class and race) into the world and help your king emerge victorious in the war. The game has a ton of PVP (Player versus Player) action, you can join a guild and enter sieges on other guilds, you choose to go solo and fight other adventurers' in the wild or you can team up with a small group and just have some fun in small battles. What ever you choose you will have a good time in this action packed game.
