I tired purchasing a mobile game from this site and right after I gave them my money they told me that the game was not compatible for my phone, naturally I asked for my moeny back and was then told without them supplying my with anything (happens to be against the law in this country) they told me that my payment was non-refundable even with no goods having been supplied.

I warn you not to deal with this website! I am currently unable to access the support part of the site as they seem to be incompentent enough to off lost my account. I have been waiting for further email replies and they are just a couple of days away from Paypal refunding my payment. They have also refussed to reply at all to the reimbursment claim I started through them. Luckily that makes it easy to get your money back from the scoundrels!

Do not believe their "terms and conditions" non-sense they have to give you your money back otherwise its fraud!

Game Mobile is basically the biggest one stop shop of mobile games out there. Having used them for 4 years across 5 phone models I have had, it's been nothing but excellent support all the way.

I now have an Android phone and I can see they're also supporting Android games too which is great.

Any time I've had any problem and used their online support, my query is answered quickly, efficiently and politely.

Their pricing is the great too with no subscriptions, just one off and they even have a free games area which you can try first too.

I wish everyone I dealt with was as good as GameMobile.co.uk.

I never recieved my game! They took my money and they won't refund!!!! I have filed a PAYPAL claim!!!!! There support SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with gamemobile.co.uk is bad though!:I bought a game there that had to be downloaded via my mobile phone through the wap connection. I connected via my wap standard browser on my HTC touch pro Raphael, but the only "game" I got to play was this message: "unsupported pc, please logon using your cellphone, thank you". Hmm, ok fair enough -since that was exactly what I was doing, I thought that this was a good time to contact customer support. I sent them an email explaining my situation, and here we go.....They kindly explained that I had to connect via my cellphone!Ok, we must have misunderstood eachother, so I contacted them again explaining very clearly this time that I really did use my cellphone and NOT my computer. Guess what their only answer was.....They kindly explained that I had to connect via my cellphone!WOW!, THANK YOU!!!Now I have just paid for a game I cannot download, the "customer support" consists of automated responses explaining things that has nothing to do with your situation.What a waste of time and money!

All of the things in Waptrick are all high quality and fun. My Age of Empire 3 game in my handphone lost. So I tried to re-download. It says 'unable to install'. What the heck is the problem that game is the best. Waptrick is ok. Try to make the 'unable to install' problem to 'install completed'. Well recommend GameMobile.co.uk.

If you compare the Gamemobile web site with others, it beats them hands down.

They seem to have all the latest and branded games, and they don't try and tie you in with subscriptions. You buy what you want to buy.

They also have a points scheme that allows you to redeem points for more games.

I've been using gamemobile.co.uk for years now and their mobile games are fantastic and their service on the games, if you have a problem, is 10/10.
