Simon Law, Bringing Forth the End of Days

This is a brilliantly paced and thought out journey with some great insights into peoples reactions to tragedy, danger and hope. While not the sort of book i would normally read (my tastes run to dragons and magic) i was quickly drawn into the story and had to find out what happened next. Exploring strange technologies in a future where theyre needed simply to survive its frighteningly believable in its relation of media coverage and military reaction to a world disaster, and the impact it still has on the survivors years afterwards. A highly recommended read!
