Reading This Book Was A Life-changing Experience!
Reading this book was a life-changing experience! To hear someone describing YOU is such a weight off your mind - you think "thank goodness someone knows what is going on inside my head, and has put a name to it"! The authors go into detail about your individual way-of-thinking, but then go on to explain in simple steps how to overcome it.
I think everyone should read this book! I've already recommended it to others and have found the advice is already making a difference... within 2 weeks of reading it!
I found this review very helpful because...well i myself read the book and its true. I stop blaming other people for all by bad qualities and started making changes. Anyone who has not read this book you're missing out on solutions to what you may think is a problem that may never be resolved.
