What a fantastic book, I loved it!

I'm a terrible worrier but this book really made me realise that I control what's going on in my head

I was really sad to see that Richard Carlson died a few years ago, I didn't realise, very sad

A brilliant book by a brilliant author

This book is amazing I have been depressed on and off for 15 years, did not realise it was my thoughts that were bringing me down, I love it. I read it every so often just to remind myself. Life changing, and have recommended it to lots of friends, thank you Richard, for writing a truly amazing book.

A brilliant book! Iv had depression for years and years but this book really lifts your spirits and gives you a completely different perspective on all your worries, big or small. Whether you feel a bit down or seriously low then READ THIS BOOK! By page 25 I was smiling saying to myself, "this guy knows what hes talking about and happiness IS a very real possibility". And the best thing is, is that there is no magic technique, just an honest, genuine, obvious way which I had never seen before.

It helped me see life as i should and help me forget the past and move on. I always pick it up and read it when i get a bit low and it pics me up straight away.

Definitely a buyer in my eyes, iv been recommended it and im passing my recommendation on to my friends that i think could do with the help from it

This is a fantastic book. You just cant stop reading, first you have started. I read it some years ago because I was studied the English language at the time and needed to read books written in English and at the same time read an interesting subject. It is very few times in my life I read the same book twice, but I will do it in this case.
