Bought Book Hoping To Find A Bit Of Self-help Thro
Bought book hoping to find a bit of self-help through a better understanding, book very interestng and insightful if a bit tedious. Needed some exercises to practice! Best advice was self-help techniques in pdf from (unorthodoxly) onthecouch.info (they dont normally hand them out, but i know how to get what i want and kept asking until they kindly said yes! Plus they didnt cost anything)Would recommend John McLeod, An Introduction to Counselling as an acedemic tool but not to much if you are trying to improve yourself
