This Book Is Not About Being Submissive But Hard T
This book is NOT about being submissive but hard to get. A woman should keep her independence, her friends and her own interests. The man of her dreams will love her for not making him the center of her reason for living. I thought the words of the authors were very honest and insightful. Face it, today women are played for fools to often because they are to easy to get in bed and submit their lives to a man they have a crush on. Men don't respect that because it's not a challenge.

I found this review helpful because...I haven't read the book and was looking for some opinions about the content. I found this refreshing - from what I've found out so far, The Rules just sound like a bad idea to me.

Ellen Fein,Sherrie Schneider, Complete Book of Rules : Everything You Need to Know to Capture the Heart of Mr Right - I think that the book does give a lot of hope to the singles out there today, but there is one area that is very much lacking in this world we live in today....the mobile phone!!! What do we do when we receive a text msg? How long until we reply if at all? Won't they think we are not interested if we never ever reply? I think that this could be the Rules part 3 as I am in desperate need of knowing!!!! HELP.
I found this review very helpful because...it tells exactly what is needed in todays world coz mobile phones make you easily accessible.
This book is fabulous and I agree about the comments regarding the mobile phones but what do you when the ex girlfirend starts to trash your car and make phone calls to your home but you cannot prove it "do you ignore this, tell him about it or deal with the situaion yourself"
Help required
This really is a great book! By doing the rules, you achieve a feeling of self-confidence and self-worth which shows in everything you do.
You're right, the book doesn't make reference to mobile phone messages. My experience is to treat these as emails... I refuse to accept dates via text message and don't respond immediately. A simple response a day or 2 later is sufficent - this also gives him a chance to phone or text again.
