If you have had severe trauma, PTSD, or clinical depression, DO NOT read this book unless you want to end up in tears and feel blamed and shamed all over again for what someone else did to you as a child.

This book helps you understand depression and mental illness and gives you ideas on how to help yourself to get better. Even without following the exercises my mood lifted! Better yet, my partner thinks the book is great as it helps him understand my condition better and it's teaching him how to help me too!
