Jade believes Mason is a photographer about to take action pictures of eagles for a nature book. As they fall in love, she assumes her botched incantation brought him to her; she fears telling him what she believes is the truth. He also is afraid their relationship will vanish as his former fianc e cheated on him and once he reveals why he initially visited her.

This is an entertaining paranormal romantic mystery starring two protagonists who have a previous connection between them that neither realizes when they meet. The story line is an amusing light-hearted romp as the lead pair keeps secrets from one another including his wiring her house and her casting spells.
