Polly Tyrer, Leith's Vegetarian Bible

Liked everything! We have tried loads of recipes since I bought this book a couple of months ago, and there isn't one that we haven't enjoyed. All are simply explained and some are illustrated, with lovely photographs. It is particularly handy having the sections arranged by vegetable type, so you can look through (say) brassicas, without having to resort to the Index (though it is a very comprehensive one). It would have been useful to have a section for entertaining, or celebration meals. otherwise, this book is excellent.
