I have never had a recipe fail from one of these books, nor baked anything that I thought was less than good. Some recipes, like the chocolate halva cookies, are so good they only stay in the house a day. Nothing is ever too dry (not even the wheat free choices), or heavy or doughy. With most recipes, you would have to be told they were vegan. The instructions are easy to follow ("Cookies, Cookies, Cookies" is a favorite book of the eight year old daughter of a co-worker).
