C Hawkswood The Last Traitor

I bought this book at random after the cover caught my eye at Amazon. I don't know the publisher or the author, but being a war buff I was intrigued by the description. Bottom line: I wasn't let down. The back story about British soldiers who fought for the SS was really well done and dovetailed well with the modern day thriller/mystery plot. Information about Bello, the central character, is implied and drip-fed to you, but by the end of the book he is even more of a mystery than before and it will be interesting to see if he becomes the basis for future books. I hope so.
