Disappointing, Page After Page Of Babble With A Bi

Disappointing, page after page of babble with a bit of action and forwarding of the tale now and again, minimal explainations of issues brought up in the first 2 of the (trilogy) series.

I'm in agreement with others, this is a money-making exercise now, if book 3 is the way it's heading, then the conclusion of the tale should be reach anywhere between book 6-8.

Brisingr Was Good But It Was Elongated A Bit If Yo

Brisingr was good but it was elongated a bit if you catch my drift but overall the book was great! I'd recommend this book for, well, everyone! And once again, Paolini rules!

I Think That His Latest Book Brisingr Is The Best

I think that his latest book Brisingr is the best book i have ever read. It is attention grabbing and then once i had started reading i couldn't put it down. When i go to bed at night magic is in my dreams then the minute i wake up my thoughts are about it. Before this book i didn't reliase it was possibe for a person to write such fantastic material. It is inspiring. I am already reading it for the second time. I can't think of any bad points to this book, i can only sing its praises!

Great Action, Twisting Plot And Excellent Characte

Great action, twisting plot and excellent character development. There is nothing bad about this book, an excellent addition to the Inheritance Cycle.

Christopher Paolini's Brisingr Is Full Of Fluff. I

Christopher Paolini's Brisingr is full of fluff. I was fortunate enough to listen to it instead of read it and thereby able to get other tasks done and I don't need to demand hours of my life back. When Gerard Doyle would change his voice to read certain pointless characters (e.g. the dwarf mother who lived far below the city) I would fast forward until the story would return to slightly less pointless of characters. I enjoyed the first 2 books of this former "Trilogy" because unlike Brisingr, they contain an individual subplot, which not only adds to the series but also allows them to be enjoyed separately of the others. This book progresses the series in only a few areas, and of those areas most were so obvious going into it that you could skip this book and maybe with a few pages of flashbacks turn this series back into a Trilogy with Eragon, Eldest, and the fourth/final book. If you must read this book, I would recommend reading/listening to an abridge version just before the next one comes out.

All Of The Story In Christopher Paolini's Brisingr

All of the story in Christopher Paolini's Brisingr is in the last half of the book. It also doesn't finish the story - the author just wants more $$$$ - kind of sad really. If Paolini had completed the trilogy it would make me want to carry on reading other books of his, as it is, I will no longer continue to support him as an author. i.e. buy his books. This may seem harsh but I was disappointed.

The Book Is A Bit Slower Than Expected (he Might'v

The book is a bit slower than expected (he might've been able to get the story finished in this book if he cut out all the inconsequential parts), but it expands on a plot and characters which I enjoy finding out more about. Judging off this last book, I would probably get interested in another series by Christopher Paolini if he does indeed put another out...I just hope that future books address the issues listed above.
