C.J. Sansom, Sovereign (Shardlake)

You always wonder wether following books in a series will live up to the promise from the first - I can only say that each Shardlake book gets better and better. I find it hard to believe that I am not reading an actual diary / account from Tudor times as the settings, sounds etc seem so accurate and draw you in to the story - hard to put down.

C.J. Sansom, Sovereign - Excellent read could not put it down until the end. Evokes the sights, sounds and smells of Tudor England.

I felt i was living in tudor times reading Sovereign by CJ Sansom, I could smell the stench, could feel shardlakes pains in his back, the description of every body, and the times are written superbly, on finishing the book was like leaving old friends. CJ Sansom books should be turned into films.
