After Bryony Allen's Introducing The Characters 'm

After Bryony Allen's introducing the characters 'Mystery, Deceit and a School Inspector' gathers momentum when a school inspector is found dead in the staff room, was it foul play or child's play? Who is responsible? Beaver's Brook Primary School is the subject of a justifiably scathing Ofsted inspection. The lives of the teachers working there are held up to scrutiny and ridicule. Their hopes and aspirations decompose like the dead body found in the school beneath a tirade of shameless mockery. This book was a very enjoyable read and I really loved this newer author's sense of wit and humour which was intertwined with a good mysterious plot, I think anyone who is or has taught in schools will enjoy and appreciate this novel, especially if undergoing an Ofsted inspection. I look forward to reading more from her in the future.
