Curtis is from my area so of special interest. Although he is a criminal I thought he came across a quite likeable! The book was easy to read and in some parts quite funny! I really enjoyed the banter from the characters in the book about themselves, the police and other criminals. I would like to read this book again,but I loaned it out and and never got my copy returned.

Clearly this man is just another scouse scum bag and deserves to rot in prison for the rest of his natural life,I for one would be happy for him to choke to death on the drugs he has peddalled to kids in Liverpool.Anyone who thinks this loser is some sort of hero needs a check up from the neck up.

The detail into the background of how it all began and also the way the story gave a good insight to the way people survived in that era. If the story wasn't long winded in some parts as one review i read went on about then people would only complain that there sections missing.

The Rise and Fall of Curtis Warren, Britain's Biggest Drug Baron is an enjoyable read if sometimes a little long winded. It is amazing how a small time crook can become an International drug baron.
A great read for people who enjoy crime books.
This book wasn't just about Curtis. Whoever wrote it either didn't have enough or proper information so they had to fill in the blanks with what sounded good, or they were looking for an excuse to spill as much information as they could about the other people involved.
Anyway, it was a good read.
I am sure Curtis' girlfriend is not impressed about the prostitutes now that it is published, but I am also very sure that Curtis will talk his way out of it if Stephanie is still hanging around! Runs in the family this gift...enough said.
Look forward to you getting out Curtis, I am sure you are more loved than hated by the readers and have a big fan base now. Maybe you should go into politics (you have enough to extort and blackmail), or even write your own version of the events in this book, especially if you can't be trialled again.
