We Had A Great Day Out At Adventureland. I Took M
We had a great day out at Adventureland. I took my 15 year old step-son and my 14 year-old niece and we had hours of fun. We went on all the rides, except for those designed for toddlers, saw the show, played in the outdoor adventure playground and the indoor play area and did the maze - several times !! We had a very good value lunch. There wasn't a huge amount of choice, but what there was was very nice - and it was great that children's servings are provided, as these are big enough to suit many adults. Great that you can get in for £10 a head and then don't have to spend any more money if you don't want to as you can take your own food and not bother with the few attractions that cost money. There are loads of other things to do.

The Food At Adventureland In Dorset Was Very Good!
The food at Adventureland in Dorset was very good! We ate in the Lost Cafe of Muchooeatyou, and it was good value for money. The runaway train ride was also good fun, and so was the giant yo yo ride. The theme park is also very clean. Adventureland was formerly known as Alice in Wonderland.
We went as a family of four, and it cost us £35 to get in. On first appearance we thought the place was small and there were not very many rides. I think I counted seven in total. There were other things there to do, such as the Krazy Karts, but you had to pay extra to go on them. You also had to pay extra for a lot of other things that were dotted about, such as the donkey rides, the water wars and the water shoot at the amusements. Also, there are lots of small rides dotted around, such as Postman Pats van which will cost you £1 a go, which I was surprised at, because at Paultons Park they are free, and I thought these would be too. It left me a bit short of money because my son particularly loves these. Also, the shows at the Happydrome Theatre are very few and far between.
It is not very good value for money, as there were lots of hidden costs. Child and adult tickets were the same price, and as soon as it rains they stop the rides, and the indoor play area gets really busy because there is only one indoor area.
