Cardiff Bay Waterbus, Cardiff

I went on the waterbus three times so far; twice on the little boat and once on the big boat, but I think they might have stopped doing the big boat now as I have not seen it for ages.

The staff are very friendly and you can have a laugh with them. It's only about $2 if I remember rightly.

It goes from Bute Park (near the Castle) to the Bay and only takes about 10 minutes. It also goes to Penarth. So you can walk round park, get the waterbus then go shopping or dining out in the Bay and get the waterbus back, but check the times as they stop at teatime. I think it only runs in the summer.

They allow dogs, and made a fuss of mine, so she drags me over to the waterbus every time we go to the park!
