Victoria and Albert Museum, London

I went on my ipad to book this well reviewed exhibition to try to get tickets for 2 days time. |Managed to get 2 x tickets for a 2pm entry and completed credit card details etc. But there didn't seem to be a confirmation coming up of the booking so tried again by which time all the tickets for this time had gone.

Rang the telephone number on the V&A website (which is in fact for Love Theatre)which was answered almost immediately and was able to book tickets for 3.30pm.

But the, horror of horrors, I then looked at my i-phone and found a confirmation from the earlier web booking for 2pm tickets! The webpage must have indicated confirmation by e-mail which I hadn't noticed.

I telephoned Love Theatre again and was told to email to them about my double booking. This I did without much hope. Within an hour, I had an email reply saying the 3.30pm 2 x ticket cost had been refunded to me.

Well done and full marks to Customer Service of Love theatre!

It is one of the most interesting museums I have ever visited so far. It has a ritch collection of artworks and the staff at the museum are very informative and friendly
