I Used To Own A Dm Tech Combo Tv But When A Fault

I used to own a DM Tech combo TV but when a fault occurred I had a very poor response from their support team. I think there a fairly small company in the UK but have good potential in building their brand.

I finally spoke to a Director or operations manager who advised me that I should go back to Curry's. I was furious, I had used this product for all of 4 months before a fault developed and haven't been able to use it since!

Its important for companies like DM Tech to have subcontractors to repair their products I feel, it would save them a lot of time and money and increase customer satisfaction!

Dmtech Lm17d Tv Purchased In Jan 07. Used From Apr

DMTech LM17D TV purchased in Jan 07. Used from April 07 to July 07 in conservatory then parts of screen turned metallic green, Currys sent for repair to makers which took 8 weeks. TV boxed up Oct 07 until April 08. Used till early June 08 when same fault developed. Currys advised repair was guaranteed for 12 months but reneged on this when TV returned to store. Gave me DM Tech phone number, who when I explained the problem quoted immediately £98.70p to repair. I have written to Currys and DM Tech and have not had a response from either. 6 months usage in 18 months is hardly heavy wear & tear and I seriously question the reliablity of this product. I will never purchase a DM Tech product nor use Currys again.
