LG 37LV450U Full HD 37" LED TV

Bought November 2010 with extended warranty problems tuning BBC channels all other channels ok. Contacted Knowhow team who were reluctant to come out and take it away for repair. Phone call today to say set works ok at their depot so are returning set and taking loan set back their set (not LG) works fine with all channels so looks like i am left with a bum steer. Extended Warranty valid until November 2013. SO do i take it back to PC-World and slap it on their desk or what!!!. Sales Team will sell you an LG no problem even though they know it's probably a bum steer with a big smile and thank you sir have a nice day.
