Vizio VF550M

We bought a brand new 55" HD Vizio tv from Costco just 10 months ago. It was my husbands baby!!! He loved that tv. We had it on our mantle in our living room. Then my father passed away and my husband and I decided to move to his house to take care of it until we could sell it. When it was time to move we moved everything first and wanted to leave our tv for last so that we could be extra careful with it!!! Before the move the tv worked perfectly! We loaded up the tv in the backseat of our truck wrapped in lots of thick moving blankets and being held by us. There were no bumps, the tv wasn't touching anything, it was totally taken care of! When we got to my dads, we carefully unloaded it and took it inside to plug it in. We plugged it in so the cable guy could hook it up and there were all these crazy lines everywhere!! My heart dropped! I have moved dozens of TV's over the years even less carefully than that one and nothing has ever happened! We have no children who could have bumped it or hit it and we had our eye on it the while time. I called costco immediately and they connected me to Vizio so we could troubleshoot. It didn't help and over the course of the next two weeks I talked to countless people with both Vizio and Costco and after sending several emails and photos they determined they would not replace or fix the TV. They said we must have dropped or damaged the TV. We are not liars and we were soooooo careful with it. If you can't even move a tv as carefully as we did, then there must be something seriously wrong with it's craftsmanship!!!!! Do NOT buy a Vizio, especially from Costco as they too did NOTHING to help!!!!! I have told every single person I know what happened and told then never to buy a Vizio!!! They will never get our business again! That was $1,400 down the drain!
