No Customer Service!!!!!!

Lost all colour and volume control. REMOTE IS BROKEN.....CANNOT FIND A UNIVERSAL TO WORK WITH THIS PRODUCT......NO WAY TO VERBALLY CONTACT COMPANY, AS THEY HAVE NEVER ANSWERED SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVE SENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE....'800' NUMBER CONNECTED ME TO A FINANCE COMPANY. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS PRODUCT IS MADE IN CANADA. IF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO YOU..DO NOT BUY A VISIONQUEST PRODUCT.

3 tv,s in 4 years 50 in vangough first 1 year lost pic,tv 2 when it got hear was bent and filthey 3d one lasted 2 years and blow up also had exstended waranty and guss what it ran out

Vision Quest has a web site from which you can communicate with them. well, don't expect them to answer any of you questions; they just don't care.

I recommend to never by anything from this company.

An Ok Plasma, But God Help You If Your Remote Brea

An ok plasma, but GOD HELP YOU if your remote breaks (which it will eventually). My TV periodically locks itself, and the remote is needed to unlock. My remote broke, which "customer service" (if you can call it that) said that the remotes break often, and that they can't get any more. So now I have this TV sitting in my closet, while I try to get a new remote to unlock it. Very frustrating, and had I known the problems I was going to have, I would have shelled out the extra 100$ to get one from somewhere else. As it is, I have a 400$ TV sitting in my closet, barely used. Not worth it.

The Only Reason I Gave A Rating Of One Star Was Be

the only reason i gave a rating of one star was because it looks like a tv. ive replaced this tv twice already and both times people from the store i bought it from new exactly what the problem was. seems they knew they were selling a piece of dung.

When I complained to a senior manager he actually laughed at me and said call his boss.

I Bought This 32 Van Gough Model For My Bedroom A

I bought this 32 Van Gough model for my bedroom a few month ago. I wasn't looking for anything fancy so I thought it's ok. After about 6 months my remote control started to act funny. The bottons that I used the most were working on and off. Right now the remote doesn't work at all. I wanted to buy the universal remote but unfortunately it doesn't support the Vision Quest brand. At this point we called customer service and were told that we shouldn't even try the universal remote because it won't work and the only solution for us is to purchase a new remote control for only $49.99. Even the customer service representative said that the price for the unit is only 5 bucks but with the shipping charges comes to that amount. And the warranty for that is only 30 days. I paid I think $375 for the TV, now if I end up buying new remote every few months then the price of that TV is not as atractive as you would think. My advise: never buy from them anything.

No One Should Ever Buy A Tv From This Company. The

No one should EVER buy a TV from this company. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!! There was issues from day one and the response from their customer service is repulsive. The TV's are cheap and of poor quality. I recommend that if you really want a TV and this one is one of the options that you are considering PASS ON IT!!! If you ever have any problems with it you're going to end up pulling your hair out trying to get it resolved.

Bought The Television And Have Really Enjoyed It F

Bought the television and have really enjoyed it for approximately 8 months.

However, have had to deal with their technical support and it is totally unsatisfactory. They don't give real answers, only what they are trained to say. I payed to upgrade my tv a month ago,,,,they took the money,,,,,and still i don't have the new tv. The unit works well, but hope you never have to deal with the company. There are other brands i'd purchase first. They're all made in china anyways.

I found this review not helpful because...Far too many generalization, i.e "there all made in China anyway" that is not the case at all. Also, yes customer service has a set outline of questions or a guideline to go by...of course they do. Most companies now have a "call center" to accomidate customer concerns and from a corporate stand point, that make's perfect sense. Being a technician myself I can confirm 85- 90% of issues are customer related and a callout can be avoided with a few simple question's...which require honest answer's, if people weren't so defensive before a manufacturer is given a chance. (here is an idea...read the owner's manual BEFORE calling for service) Just consider that YOU may be doing something incorrectly, as hard as that may be for some. I see it everyday.

With only a few panel manufacturers in the world this is a great Value. Go to your store and compare the TV's side by side. Ask if you can adjust the colours to your liking. You will find its not worth paying hundreds more.
