Samsung - Don't Buy
We bought the samsung 32 inches LCD tv on 25.11.2009 with the hope that it would bring us the happiness and joy of tv viewing for many many years to come. this whole dream of owning a decent product came crashing down on 30.07.20011 when the tv all of a sudden went blank. we sat gaping at a black screen. and trhen started our ordeal to get a service engineer from samsung to attend to it. that happend only on 01.08.2011. he said the "supply board" is faulty. the change cost us rs.2744/-. This is really a horrible feeling because we bought this tv for Rs.34000/- and it failed in a year and a half. The company representative comments that "aise kabhi kabhi hota hai". is that all the confidence with which samsung makes their products?
we own products by sony, lg, whirlpool and all these products are a minimum of 10 years old and have given us absolute joy and pleasure owning. Samsung both their product and service is horrible, deplorable!!!! I will never recommend this product to anybody.
