Samsung 46" LA46A550

A dedicated technology geek i found the price of this model of TV a little hard to believe compared to the likes of Sony and Panasonic they seem to be so cheep , surely they must be lacking in quality or features ? I was wrong the picture quality is outstanding even in fast action @ 1080P from a console there is no blur. The connection options are far above the competition and setup is a doddle with the more complex options easy to access and use for those that want to "Fine tune" the standard setup. The only slight problem that stopped me giving this item 5* across the board is the slightly slow to react remote control. Don't let this little "fault" put you off buying what is a wonderful TV.

i bought 2 of these systems for our pub to show live sport. fantastic image and overall quality. highly recommended as a reliable and superior quality machine. we were able to connect them via hdmi cables to a pc entertainer system and the images were hd quality. what a bargain. samsung la46a550 a good choice for anybody wanting the cinema experience at home.

Attractive ( my opinion! ) clean narrow border .

Compared with price and features to more expensive LCD TV's i find it standing strong.

Good qaulity sound ! ( no crackle at 100% , though not enough volume )

For a 60HZ TV , handles motion brilliantly.

TV's are a personal choice.

Find different manufactors of TV's have completely different picture apperance .

i find this Samsung 46" LA46A550V to have a clean distictive apperance ( picture ) .

For the price of these units now , i would reccomend a look .

I use PS3 with LCD , handles motion no problem !

in my opinion Picture qaulity at 576i is grainy ( standard res ).
