Bought This Tv As A Gift And It Had To Be Replaced
Bought this tv as a gift and it had to be replaced within a few months.
THe replacement has now developed the same problems and I have only had this one for just over 7 weeks.
Emailed Argos but no-one wanted to know because I had lost my receipt but the fact that I knew what date and time I bought the tv helped and I eventually was given a new tv. I was also told that because the item cost over £200 I should have been treated better in the first place.
They now want to do a repair on the second faulty tv and I an not at all happy about it.
I will NEVER buy ALBA again, its just rubbish and for anyone who does not know, ALBA is owned by Argos, but no-one admits to this when you ask them.
The controller packed up on my brothers which bought December but because only coveres for 30 days exchange warranty very complicated BEWARE
