Samsung HT-TZ212R/XEU

This Samsung HT-TZ212R/XEU is truly fantastic, Thankfully i found the right acoustic of the front room to get the best possible sound from the sub. The system does not always use the sub to its full power, But then it will punch it to full when a thud is needed! and believe it is deep rich bass. The system itself is a great little friend, Mine is the updated version that does up-scale to 1080p. Also the USB can now also hot play DIVX movies from the mass storage usb! The display on the system is clear and easy to use. The speakers are tidy and the floor standing speakers are removable from there stands to allow wall mounting. When listening to music the sub gives a deep rich sounding bass that makes the system sound very expensive! And with the radio tuner with RDS this system really could replace any sound

system / Hi-Fi

The good points. divx playback by hot play or disc. Now up-scales to 1080p, Well made sub woofer for that punch when its needed!

The bad points. Personally there are none, But if i was going to be very fussy, Sometimes when the system is turned on with a disc still inside the system can take a good 20 sec to eject the disc/dvd apart from that, i cant fault this machine at all

Samsung HT-TZ212R/XEU Reasonable sound for entry level system but very poor build quality. Speaker connectors need constant re-seating or sound disappears from one or more of the speakers. Has now started making an incredible din (probably the fan) even when no DVD is in use and will have to go in for repair or replacement.

Just connected the Samsung HT-TZ212R/XEU up recently and really impressed. It has transformed out 42" plasma television. Until we linked this to the television we hadn't realised how bad the televisions built in speakers were. Cant recomend this system highly enough. The unit itself looks realy cool too.
