Packed with features but because of some fundamental problems not usable. Particularly annoying is its inability to playback one programme while starting to record another and its failure to put the correct names of programmes on its recordings and the correct thumbnails on recordings. Consequently when you have 200 recordings finding things is tricky and putting your own text in to name recordings takes ages. I also find the user interface rubbish because similar actions work different ways in different places. It is like trying to use Windows with six different ways to select text depending where you are.
