Nothing Wrong With This Freeview Box But Made The
Nothing wrong with this freeview box but made the mistake of buying on ebay and some smart alec has got the same remote and the password won't change,so there it is.Tesco special, that tecno-disco.
Well if anyone knows how to crack the password or fix the problem please inform me.It is a great box but very unpleasant as this smart alec can switch it off,stop the picture etc.
Emailed the buyer on ebay but have not received any reply.
I dont think its a nieghbour with a remote but the same fault my box had. this turned the picture off intermitantly and also every hour or so it went into total meltdown leading to clean booting to restore picture. Unluckily my box also came from ebay with no return policy..
Apparently its built by some backstreet firm in china using left over electrical items.It certainly apears to be of this quality.
Make sure you get from a reputable source.
