The Philips 7ff1m4 Screen Was Easy To Setup & Work
The Philips 7FF1M4 screen was easy to setup & worked well for 18 months at which point the screen appeared to fail. The problem is that Philips Support is very very poor.Despite having a cerial number, Philips wanted proof of purchase. Not having that they gave me a case number & told me they might consider it, but I needed to call them in a couple of days to see their decision. (They wouldn't call me.)You would think that companies might be more concerned that their product had failed than whether or not you had "proof of purchase" - clearly Philips is not.
