I Love The Sony Cybershot Dsc-p10 Camera , So Easy
I love the Sony CyberShot DSC-P10 camera , so easy to use and with all the variable settings, you can achieve fantastic clarity when needed and detail on close ups that is hard to beat. My question to anyone who knows is can this model support a pro duo memory stick ? as I am struggling to find this information.

If You Need A Camera That Captures Good Quality Im
If you need a camera that captures good quality images more than 80% of the time, then don't buy the Sony Cybershot DSC-P10 digital camera.
Everyone in my family has tried to use this camera, and they have all had the same results. Too many pictures come out blurred and end up getting deleted. The problem is that the screen is pathetically small, and it's pot luck if the image turns out OK.
I am off to sell this camera on Ebay, but I pity the poor person who buys it.

Sony Cybershot Dsc-p10 - I Have Tried Many Times T
Sony CyberShot DSC-P10 - I have tried many times to find some mode that will allow the camera to take nice-sharp pictures and have not come up with anything yet. The pictures taken even at 5.1 megapixels are not sharp and clear.
Multiple operating modes and features have caused me to lose many pictures by accidentally selecting the wrong mode.
Apparently the FC-11 battery is a proprietary item as most camera stores do not stock them. The battery life during normal use is very poor.
I would not recommend this camera to anyone!!!

Sony Cybershot Dsc-p10 - Purchased My P10 In July
Sony CyberShot DSC-P10 - Purchased my P10 in July 03. The main attraction was the memory stick format as my Vaio laptop has the slot built-in so I researched the available camera models with this format. It came down to the P10 or the Konica Revio and after having a play with both models in the shop, the P10 seemed to offer much better value and was less fiddly to use.
The camera is easy to use as a point and shoot compact, offers extra features for the more creative or experienced photographer and gives a great quality image. I particularly like the in-camera edit feature which will save the edited image in whichever image size up to 5mp.
Software is easy to use and well-featured with the ability to create your own VCD slideshow with music to watch on your DVD player through the TV. Great to entertain the family and friends with the holiday pics!
Delay at shutter release is minimal, although with red eye reduction on this is emphasised.
Battery life is very good and the power left is indicated in real minutes and I have found this to be pretty accurate.
When the time comes to upgrade I would definitely stick with Sony.

I Bought The Sony Cybershot Dsc-p10 In February 20
I bought the Sony CyberShot DSC-P10 in February 2004 and I am very happy with it. It has everything that I need. 5.0 megapixels is really a big advantage, specially if you do care about quality. The size is perfect, just a little bigger than my Nokia so I can carry my camera everywhere without any problem. Battery lasts as expected. Tough it has "limited" features, it is perfect for someone who is amateur to intermediate. If you are looking for a practical-pretty-nice quality camera, I really recommend this camera.
