This Sony Cyber-shot Dsc-t77 Camera Is Absolutely

This Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T77 camera is absolutely brilliant -Tiny size, superb screen, incredibly capable for taking photos even at night or into the sun.

I saw it in the local Sony Centre and had to go back the next day to buy one. Unfortunately they did not have my first choice of colour, which was red, but silver is probably more discreet! Face recognition works beautifully and the flash charges very fast indeed.

Somebody asked me at Christmas time how much it was - I could not remember, but said that I did not care - I just had to have it! If you might not want to buy one keep away from the shop!!!

Battery tends to discharge in one's purse, and the lens is on the top left hand side, which makes it very easy to accidentally put one's finger over the lens! No view finder can be a problem when sunshine is bright. Need to buy a card increases cost.

I Saw The Sony Cyber-shot Dsc-t77 In The Local Son

I saw the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-T77 in the local Sony Centre and went back the next day because I had to have one. The only disappointment was that they did not have my first choice of red, but the silver one is probably less conspicuous. This camera is tiny, powerful and absolutely brilliant. It works equally well photographing people at a distance of three feet or photographing the West Front of Wells Cathedral at night! Bad points are you need to buy a card because the camera does not come with a storage card, battery life is disappointing and the is in the top left hand corner, and it is too easy to get a finger in front of the lens. Some settings can be confusing. No viewfinder which can be a problem in bright sunshine.

The only reason I did not score the camera as ten is the tendency to take a photo of my finger in front of the lens!

Highly recommended.
