Camera ok, had two problems one with there intelli-studio software and one with accessories. Four phone calls many emails and not resolved.

Thay have closed UK call centre and operate I believe from Cairo.

I know more about there products than they do.

Doesn't matter how good the product is if support not there.

Samsung actually operate a center in Newry, Northern Ireland, Gateshead, England & Cairo, Egypt.
