A close friend suggested that I look at the Nikon D1X, he seemed fairly confident that it would suit my needs down to the ground and be an excellent entry level camera.
I will now share with you what I thought were the good and bad points of this product from my use so far.
Good bits!
Light and very portable.
Great LCD screen.
Very good point and shoot camera
Great picture quality
Video quality high (not a feature I was after but great little extra).
MINUS POINTS
Extra accessories seem expensive but maybe this is all part of taking up photograph as a hobby!
All in all…
Nikon D1X gives great quality for an entry level camera. This is a hobby where you can spend and spend but on a budget I would highly recommend it.
