Nikon Coolpix S5100

It is generally a good quality digital camera. It has 12.2 mega pixels and is easy to use, though some of the settings are a bit basic. You cannot edit photos on the camera, which for me is a flaw because I enjoy editing my photos when I take them. The photos are good quality but the settings such as light, exposure etc are not easy to find which slows down taking photos. Taking a video is easy and I have not had any problems with that. The main flaw of this product is that when I press buttons, to take a picture or even just turn on the camera, the camera reacts quite slowly. This can be a nuisance when trying to quickly take a picture or change the settings, and while it seems minor it can be annoying. It is a factor which would stop me from buying the camera again and should be considered before it is bought. Overall it is a good, basic but slow digital camera. I would recommend this for people who don't use their camera often, or people who often use the video settings on digital cameras.
