I Looked About A Bit, I Really Wanted To Get A 3me
I looked about a bit, I really wanted to get a 3mega pixel cam but they where all well over £300. So when I sore the Jenoptik JD 3.3x4ie Digital Camera for £189 I was very suspicious. I did some research but could not find any other shops selling it. Even Jenoptik's own web site did not have much. I bought this on the understanding that I could take it back (within 14 days) for ANY reason. I tested it quite a bit and could not find any BIG problem. Ok its not as good as one of the big boys (Sony, Nikon, Fuji) but for the price it was defiantly worth keeping. It comes with a two year manufactures guarantee, so I have nothing to loose. This cam is good and if you don't have lots of money then it's the one for you.

I Looked Around For A While Diddnt Realy See Anyth
I looked around for a while diddnt realy see anything i liked in my price range, but then i saw this, the JENOPTIK 3.3x4ie. It had evrything i wanted. High resolution (3.3 megapixels), good zoom, unbelievable price (around £180)amazing amount of features (easy to use), some of the best software ive seen in a long time, BASICALLY BRILLIANT.
It can be found in THE COMPUTER WORLD !!
Bad points, lack of viewing lens makes things tricky in bright sunlight with the LCD screen.
Flash only available in auto mode, subsequently difficult to get a good pic in poor light.
Battery is a little weak, cannot take fast photos and in the top quality mode camera almost stops working.
The camera certainly packs all the features in, smart strong metal case, lithium battery, resonable optical zoom, free case! simple to operate software etc. Downside theres no view lens so in bright sunlight its very hard to see what your looking at in the LCD screen. The battery on my camera dosent seem quite upto the job and if you try taking a photo at maximum pixel quality the camera slows and almost come to a stop. The most annoying thing with this camera is that in all modes except auto mode you cannot use the flash! consqeuently you can stuggle in poor light conditions for a good shot. All in all though not bad I would rate 7-10.
I paid new, £99 English Pounds and £25 for a 128mb card. I cannot get a camera with such high spec any where. It compares with cameras that are twice the price. I give this camera 10 out of 10. Quick get it off the market guys.
If you check out the ricoh website
richo.com/information/united_kingdom.html then youl see its actually a rebadged righo caplio 10 i think. But the specs are of a 2 megapixel camera with a 2 x optical zoom and shows the camera coplete with its own proprietry docking station. Just thought I'd let you know.
camera is excellent value for money with numerous features, my only fault would be the lack of tripod fitting, resolution is excellent especially the inerpolated to 6Mp which still retains quality.
