Superior Picture definition. Macro is also very efficient. Easy to handle. I use it as a backup to a DSLR and it does excellent work in Botanical Field.
Bought this as an easy carry around. Will fit in a reasonable size pocket. I have been using cameras since the 1930s so have some experience. Picture quality is excellent and colour reproduction is good too.

The Canon Powershot A650 IS produces a great image quality,brilliant LCD flexibility. Not very easy to understand at first, poor flash, build quality and looks could have been better. Otherwise, probably the best compact camera
Not to expect something spectacular about this camera, but it is a good point and shoot camera. The functions and features are also good. Of course it is best to use it on bright sunny day, low light and it images will look like crap.
Good camera with a lot of functions, I think this would be a good camera if you are just starting to get into photography.
12.1 Megapixel which allows you to zoom in on your picture if you want to print a small section.
Only problem is that is uses AA Batteries and it can eat them up if you are filming a lot.
