For the price it is a great camera, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. For what I wanted, something that was easy to use and would capture moments on holidays, the NV-GS27 is ideal and I would have no hesitation in recommending it. If, however, you tend to take more indoor or low light shots this may not be the camera for you.
