I love it! and it lasted a really long time! and still going! It worked pretty well and doesn't even cost that much money. The plates get hot to make for good straightening but don't ruin your hair.

I bought this product twice - the first one lasted for about 5 months before it began to fail to work, as the lights would switch on, but then it would just stop. Sometimes it would turn on, and sometimes it wouldn't, but eventually it stopped working altogether. Because of the otherwise excellent experience with these straighteners, I assumed it was my own misuse/neglect of them that caused them to stop working (they'd been bumped about a bit during my travelling etc.), so I purchased the same model again. The second set lasted about 1 - 2 months before the exact same thing happened again. I had been more careful with them this time, keeping them in the box etc. I changed the fuse in the plug, but they still didn't work. If you do buy this model, make sure you keep the guarantee.
