The pink gem straightner broke after one month stop getting hot. Worked good for the month, product warranty has no mailing address to send in warranty, no phone number on website, wish I would spend extra money for the CHI.

i ordered a PHI straightener off the computer and i think it works just as good as the one i had. it was a GVP and i think the PHI straightened my hair good.

it isn't wavy. it looks like it does when i straighten it with my friends chi. i rate it fair not the best but they are good straighteners. and they don't burn your hair. i LOVED that about them.

it straightens my hair good.,doesn't leave it wavy or anything and it is ceramic. i believe they are dang good straighteners.
