O3 Ozone Hair Straightener

Do not buy these straighners. Cable failed after one month of light use. In addition if they do fail you will have to fight for a refund. This is not a straight forward company to buy from. They trade under many names and do not follow British credit law as it stands. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Buy GHD's

O3 Ozone Hair Straightener looked very impressive and though money was not an issue when I bought a new pair I should have paid that extra £20 for GHDs. Now trying to get them replaced.

After using GHD's I have to say that the O3 Ozone Hair Straightener isn't as good, and for the price I would rather have paid the extra £20. Also, they aren't very durable, as mine broke within the first 12 hours!!!! Very good service though, as they serviced them and sent me a new pair!!

The irons looked quite good and I wanted to treat myself as my CHI irons were 3 years old. They did not work as well as the old CHI's and kept catching and pulling my hair. Then after only three weeks they blew up.

No customer support seems to be available!

Will go back and buy a new pair of CHI's.
