My Ms-5500 Leaks From One Release Button On The Si
My MS-5500 leaks from one release button on the side of the base while charging. Has anyone else experienced something like this with this model and how do I go about fixing it if you have?
Yes, I have. It all started with a slow leak, and my sink being soaked. Then it started to spray the cleaning solution all over the place several feet when I pushed the clean button. I had to call Remington customer service, and they sent me a brand new cleaning base no questions asked. My guess is that they are hearing this from a lot of customers. After researching online, several reviewers have had the same issue.
