Motorola Motolivin D811

Worst telephone buy ever. And I've had some pretty poor phones.

Unusable unless on speakerphone. Sometimes you can hear the other person; sometimes they can hear you. Most of the time neither can hear each other. Same thing when using plug-in headset.

Handset sits insecurely in charging unit. Have to delete missed calls one by one. Very time-consuming.

Supplier is not responding to our complaints. Will never touch Motorola again.

Very happy with the Motorola Motolivin D811. Phones feel solid yet light (although not too light). Sound is fantastic, good base sound. Calling Motorola to try and find out if I could buy it directly from them was a nightmare. Not only did the three people I spoke to not know this product but they kept on transfering me to other people who then transfered me to some poor guy in Motorolas maintenance department. The guy who fixes the toilet! We were both equaly shocked by this and I gave up and bought it elsewhere. Motorola need to sort this problem out!!!The only other fault is that there are only ten ring tones...
