We Bought This Rather Expensive Dectsys 2200 Twin
We bought this rather expensive DECTsys 2200 Twin Cordless Phone 9 months ago and have been very disapointed overall. The on hold tones are appalling and we have to apologise to customers each time we put them on hold. Worse still they cannot be changed. In additoin many customers complain about the volume levels being too low. We have had a very negative response from the manufacturers to these complaints. We would not have bought it if we'd known teh on hold tones were so bad.

Really Good Intercom And Transfer Facility From Ha
Really good intercom and transfer facility from handset to handset. Great sound quality. No line select on the handset! you have to choose Line 1 or 2 when you programme the handset or select alternative makes a call from line 1 then 2 and then back to line 1. (This is very frustrating) I bought this phone thinking it was a true two line cordless system!
I made a call to the USA - the number did not connect so I tried again. Of course I had forgotten the line would change (so I went from internet phone line with Free USA calls to BT line with 15p a minute calls.) the phones display does not even say Line 1 or 2, just a very small hard to see icon. This cost me £9 as I was online for an hour! So be aware
No illuminated LCD screen or keypad'€ makes dialling in poor light impossible.
Stores your phone numbers in Handset but does not display the calling numbers Name if stored just displays the calling number.
No facility to block transfer your most popular numbers to other handsets, so each handset must be programmed with the numbers just think if you had 15 handsets and wanted the same number accessible by all handsets. Rather disappointed for the above reasons
