Software Issues, Inc. Mic And Speaker Problems
I brought this Galaxy W and so far I have needed to send into repair first time the mobile would shutdown and ALL the repair centre did was could not replicate problem and reinstalled software.
within one week of receiving it the mobile continued to shutdown and also I was unable to be heard whilst making a call or hear the other person! The repair centre said again 'Could Not replicate problem' and ONLY rinstalled software.
I am still having problems so will be sending the phone back again.
