Orange San Diego

The Orange San Diego was built to compete with phones of a much higher price tag, but at a price point. The phone is fast and reliable and phone review sites that have benchmarked the San Diego found that it compares very well with much higher end dual core phones, only being slower than the new quad core power houses such as the Galaxy s3 and so on.

Some of the standout features on the San Diego are.

The Screen really is very nice and has a high ppi 294 [pixel density] and good resolution 600 x 1024, also has gorrila glass.

Fast Intel atom medfield single core cpu 1600mhz with hyperthreading.

8 mega pixel camera, also shoots in HD, with hd out.

NFC.

4G data speed.

HD voice quality calls.

Some of the weaker aspects of the phone are.

Boring design although build quality is good.

No micro sd card slot, although phone does come with 16gb memory just over 10 is useable however.

Ships with the older android 2.3 [at time of writting] a upgrade to the newer Andriod [ics] is on its way.

In summery this is a excellent phone. I don't know another mobile currently in this price range new that has better specs [again at time of writing]. Also its availible on low monthly contract from Orange.
