Looks Great But I Couldn't Wait To Get Rid Of It
I'd had an iPhone since they came out and when it came to upgrade time just wanted a change so went for the BB 9900 touch. On the plus side - it looked lovely, nice weight and size, great keypad and scroller. Aesthetically really good. On the minus side - where do I start .... The battery life I found dreadful. Fully charged overnight it was flat by lunchtime. Other reviews mentioned that f apps were running in background it would drain the battery. I didn't actually have any apps as I think the selection is dreadful, but shut down, turned off and deleted what I could. It made no difference to battery life. I undercharged, overcharged, removed and replaced battery, still no difference. Perhaps I had a faulty phone but by this time was really not liking it. It maybe needs charged up very frequently, I don't know. The iPhone isn't great for battery life either but I was using it a lot and had loads of apps. Anyway after 3 months have decided to cut my losses, and my contract and get a new iPhone. I have friends who love their BB and some have had same handset for years. I would have liked to have found out more about the apps before buying it. The selection I think is very poor, but again that's personal preference. Couldn't rate this phone highly at all but perhaps it's just been bad luck. Read lots of reviews before buying and find out how to stop battery draining !!!

An okay phone but not really the best.
I've had this phone for over a year and it's pretty much out dated with regards to what else is available. It does however have a few plus points and they are the battery life and the instant emails.
if you are after app then steer well clear of this phone as I personally think the App World should be called App village.
I had an issue with the speed of the internet as it seemed extremely slow to load up pages so i decided to write to the makers and they just ignored my letter.
To sum it up look for the Samsung or Iphone handsets as all my friends rave about them whilst I'm stuck for another 8 months with this outdated, very slow mobile.
